धनुर्धरो धनुर्वेदो दण्डो दमयिताऽदमः ।
अपराजितः सर्वसहो नियन्ता नियमो यमः ।। ९२ ।।

Transliteration - English


Dhanurdharo dhanurvedho dhando dhamayithaa adhamaha ।
Aparaajithaha sarvasaho niyanthaa niyamo yamaha ।। 92 ।।

Transliteration - Tamil


தனுர்தரோ தனுர்வேதோ தண்டோ தமயிதா அதமஹ​ ।
அபராஜிதஹ​ ஸர்வஸஹோ நியந்தா நியமோ யமஹ​​​​​ ।। ௯௨।।

Translation


857. धनुर्धरः - Dhanurdharaha:

He who as Rama wielded the great bow.

858. धनुर्वेदः - Dhanurvedhaha :

He who as the same Rama, the son of Dasharatha,was the master of the science of archery.

859. दण्डः - Dhandaha:

He is the source of punishment for the wicked.

860. दमयिता - Dhamayithaa :

He who inflicts punishments on people as Yama and as king.

861. अदमः - Adhamaha:

He is the act of punishment or One who cannot be tamed.

862. अपराजितः - Aparaajithaha:

One who is never defeated by enemies.

863. सर्वसहः - Sarvasahaha:

One who is expert in all Karmas (works).

864. नियन्ता - Niyanthaa:

One who appoints every person to his respective duties.

865. नियमः - Niyamaha:

He Who controls.

866. यमः - Yamaha:

The Controller of all the Devas.
