Sri Vishnu Sahasra Naamam

Suvarnavarno hemaango varaangashchandanaangadhee ।
Veerahaa vishamaha shoonyo gruthaasheerachalashchalaha ।। 79 ।।

Transliteration - Tamil

ஸுவர்ணவர்ணோ ஹேமாங்கோ வராங்கஷ்சந்தநாங்கதீ​​​​​ ।
வீரஹா விஷமஹ​ ஷூன்யோ க்ருதாஷீரசலஷ்சலஹ ।। ௭௯ ।।

Translation

737. सुवर्णवर्णः - Suvarnavarnaha:

One who has got the colour of gold.

738. हेमाङ्गः - Hemaangaha :

One whose form is like that of gold.

739. वराङ्गः - Varaangaha :

He, the parts of whose form are brilliant.

740. चन्दानाङ्गदी - Chandanaanggadhee:

One who is adorned with armlets that generate joy.

741. वीरहा - Veerahaa:

One who destroyed heroes (Veeras) like Hiranyakashipu for protecting Dharma.

742. विषमः - Vishamaha :

One to whom there is no equal because nothing is comparable to Him by any characteristic.

743. शून्यः - Shoonyaha:

One who, being without any attributes, appears as Shoonya(emptiness).

744. घृताशीः - Gruthaasheehee:

One whose blessings are unfailing.

745. अचलः - Achalaha:

One who cannot be deprived of His real nature as Truth,Intelligence and Infinity.

746. चलः - Chalaha:

One who moves in the form of air.
