स्कन्दस्स्कन्दधरो धुर्यो वरदो वायुवाहनः ।
वासुदेवो बृहद्भानु रादिदेवः पुरन्दरः ।। ३६।।

Transliteration - English


Skandhasskandhadharo dhuryo varadho vaayuvaahanaha ।
Vaasudhevo bruhadhbhaanu raadhidhevaha purandharaha ।। 36 ।।

Transliteration - Tamil


ஸ்கந்தஸ்ஸ்கந்ததரோ துர்யோ வரதோ வாயுவாஹநஹ ।
வாஸுதேவோ ப்ருஹத்பானு ராதிதேவஹ​ புரந்தரஹ​​ ।। ௩௬।।

Translation


327. स्कन्दः - Skandhaha:

One who drives everything as air.

328. स्कन्दधरः - Skandhadharaha:

One who supports Skanda or the righteous path.

329. धुर्यः - Dhuryaha :

One who bears the weight of the burden of all beings in the form of birth etc.

330. वरदः - Varadhaha:

One who gives boons.

331. वायुवाहनः - Vaayuvaahanaha:

One who vibrates the seven Vayus or atmospheres beginning with Avaha.

332. वासुदेवः - Vaasudhevaha:

One who is both Vasu and Deva.

333. बृहद्भानुः - Bruhadhbhaanuhu :

The great brilliance.

334. आदिदेवः - Aadhidhevaha :

The Divinity who is the source of all Devas.

335. पुरन्दरः - Purandharaha:

One who destroys the cities of the enemies of Devas.
