Sri Vishnu Sahasra Naamam

Anaadhirbhoorbhuvo lakshmeehi suveero ruchiraangadaha ।
Janano janajanmaadhihi bheemo bheemaparaakramaha ।। 101 ।।

Transliteration - Tamil

அனாதிர்பூர்புவோ லக்ஷ்மீஹி ஸுவீரோ ருசிராங்கதஹ​ ​।
ஜனனோ ஜனஜன்மாதிஹி பீமோ பீமபராக்ரமஹ​​​​​ ।। ௱௧।।

Translation

941. अनादिः - Anaadhihi:

One who has no beginning because He is the ultimate cause of all.

942. भूर्भुवः - Bhoorbhuvaha:

'Bhu' means support. One who is the support (Bhu)of even the earth,which is known to support all things.

943. लक्ष्मीः - Lakshmeehee :

He who is the bestower of all that is auspicious to the earth besides being its supporter.

944. सुवीरः - Suveeraha:

One who has many brilliant ways of manifestation.

945. रुचिराङ्गदः - Ruchiraangadhaha:

One who has very attractive armlets.

946. जननः - Jananaha:

One who gives birth to living beings.

947. जनजन्मादिः - Janajanmaadhihi:

One who is the root cause of the origin of Jivas that come to have embodiment.

948. भीमः - Bheemaha :

One who is the cause of fear.

949. भीमपराक्रमः - Bheemaparaakramaha :

One whose power and courage in His incarnations were a cause of fear for the Asuras.
