In order for procreation of this world He exists as the soul within the body of men and women and controls them, as also within the body of those who are mixture of a man and woman and also the controller of all who are good in these categories.
He is the one who gives the senses of taste, sound, touch and exists in all forms and also the controller of the magical powers that controls all the elements of nature.
He wanted to support the cow family and hence incarnated as a cowherd boy, and He is filled with lies when in the side of Dhuryodhana and filled with truth when in the side of Paandava clan.
He incarnated as Vamana , the brahmin Brahmachari boy to save the earth from Mahabali, and with His Trivikrama form disappeared thus proving His mystic prowess.
