" பிறவி இல்லாத மேன்மை தரும் முக்தியையும் இந்தப் பிறவிக்கு தேவையான செலவங்களும் வேண்டும் என்று ஒரு அரசன் விரும்பினால் "
" அவன் மறந்த நிலையிலும் தர்மத்தின் வழி தவறாமல் நடக்க வேண்டும். "
" ஏனெனில் சிறப்பு பெற்ற தண்ணீர் சூழ்ந்த இந்த உலகத்தில் அனைத்து உயிர்களும் செய்யும் காரியங்கள் அனைத்திலும் "
" ஆறில் ஒரு பங்கு அரசனுக்கே வந்து சேரும், அதாவது அந்த உயிர்கள் செய்யும் பாவங்கள் புண்ணியங்கள் அவற்றில் ஆறில் ஒரு பங்கு அரசனையே சேரும் ஆதலால் அவன் எப்போதும் மறக்காமல் அறத்தின் வழியிலேயே அவர்களையும் நடத்திச் செல்ல வேண்டும். "
" That salvation which helps one to liberate from this cycle of birth and death and also the wealth needed for this life if a King wishes to attain "
" he should not even unmindfully do anything against the path of righteousness "
" because in this earth that is surrounded majority by water bodies, whatever kinds of acts one does "
" one part of the six parts reaches the king that is part of one's good deeds and sinful deeds hence he should constantly contemplate on doing righteous things and thereby guide his countrymen too to adhere to principles of righteousness. "
